It is mandatory that you have your own insurance and certification to cover your business and practices. This includes, but is not limited to: Public Liability Insurance.

All artists/performers with kit must enter and exit through the designated trader’s entrance only, to prevent disruption to mall operations and for health and safety.

Arrival - Get In

Please arrive with ample time to set up, check and have an emergency evaluation briefing before your performance, we suggest an hour before.

if you are performing both days at either of the locations and wish to leave your equipment/instuments/costume over night, please provide a sheet or covering. Items can be placed in the store overnight. The shop will be locked and the shopping centre part of the mall closes to the public from 17:30 in Westgate Stevenage and from 20:30 in the Galleria Hatfield. The whole centre has 24/7 security.

Changing room

We have space onsite should you need an area to change into your costume.

Westgate Stevenage Car Park

The Westgate multi-storey car park is open 24 hours a day providing 395 car parking spaces within the shopping mall.

More long stay car parks are in the area. Daily Charges Monday-Saturday Up to 2 hours £3.50

Up to 3 hours £4.70

Up to 5 hours £6.00

Over 5 hours £7.10

Sunday any duration £2.50

The Galleria Hatfield Car Parks

The Galleria Hatfield has three accessible car parks. with approximately 1700 parking spaces.

Saturday £3.00

All Day Sunday £3.00

All Day Disabled Patrons FREE Up to 3 Hours (Payment is required to stay longer than 3 hours)

External car parks are open 24/7

The multi storey closes 30 minutes after closing and opens at 5am

Accessible parking accessible parking bays at the following locations:

• North car park close to McDonalds zebra crossing

• Level 3 of the multi storey car park Outdoor plaza car park opposite the mall bridge

  
  

Disabled Parking Bay - Scan your Blue Badge at Pay kiosk when ready to leave for 3hrs free parking.

These guidelines are mandatory for all performances. Compliance is a condition of your agreement to perform at our events. Our goal is to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional environment for all.
