Refund Policy.
At Hatfield Cultural Connection CIC, we strive to deliver engaging cultural experiences for our community. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets or booking a stall at any of our events.
Event Cancellation
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Hatfield Cultural Connection CIC reserves the right to cancel any event without prior notice. Updates will be provided on our website as soon as possible.
Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders may request a refund minus processing fees by emailing E: hatfieldculturalconnection@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation Refund”.

If you would like to donate your ticket cost to support our ongoing community efforts, no action is required. As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, all contributions directly support our cultural programming.
Stall Fees

Stall bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as all funds are immediately allocated to event preparation and operational costs.

If we are at full capacity and can reallocate your stall to a vendor on our waiting list, we will offer a partial refund minus processing fees.

In the case of event cancellation due to adverse or severe weather (where safety is compromised or the venue becomes inaccessible), refunds are generally not issued. However, at the organiser’s discretion, a partial refund or credit may be offered depending on the event costs already incurred.
