It is mandatory that you have your own insurance and certification to cover your business and practices. This includes, but is not limited to: Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene Certificates, Product Certificates, Hair Insurance, Beauty Insurance, Accreditation, Health & Safety Certificate, and/or Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from our local authority for the sale of products containing alcohol.

Cultural Pop-up Market -

We be occupying a Unit 27 vacant unit on the 1st level of The Galleria shopping centre in Hatfield. 

Pop-up Market Trading Hours

• The Galleria Hatfield Saturday: 11:00 – 17:00

• The Galleria Hatfield Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00

Traders must remain open for the full trading hours unless given permission to leave early.

All traders must enter and exit through the designated trader’s entrance only, to prevent disruption to mall operations and for health and safety.

Arrival - Get In

Saturday 24th October - Arrive at 09:00 to set up and be ready to open to the public at 11:00. The emergency evaluation briefing will be at 10:30 and the event will run until 17:00.

Sunday 25th October - Arrive at 09:00 to set up and be ready to open to the public at 11:00. The emergency evaluation briefing will be at 10:30 and the event will run until 16:00. For those here exhibiting on the Saturday and leaving your stall overnight, please arrive by 10:30.

On Saturday If your activity/stall is situated outside the shop on the shopping centre floor, you will need to bring it inside the shop for overnight secure storage. 

Please provide a sheet or covering for your stall overnight. The shop will be locked and the shopping centre closes to the public from 20:00 - 09:00. The whole mall has 24/7 security.

*** Prompt arrival is required for the emergency evaluation briefing

*** There are no hanging facilities at the venue, and no nails can be placed in the walls. Please bring the appropriate materials which can be removed without causing damage and which will hold your piece in place to prevent falling objects.

Parking 

TThe Galleria has two external car parks open 24 hours a day and a huge multi-storey car park. The multi-storey car park closes 30 mins after the centre closes and re-opens at 5am.

·      Disabled Patrons FREE Up to 3 Hours (Payment is required to stay longer than 3 hours)

Disabled Parking Bay - Scan your Blue Badge at Pay kiosk when ready to leave for 3hrs free parking. (Have a clear copy on your phone to prevent having to go back to the car)

***Pay for your parking at the machine before leaving the venue. This includes vehicles you use to offload and load in the loading bay area. This area only gives a limited grace time.

***We will not be responsible for any parking penalties or fines. 

Accessible parking accessible parking bays at the following locations:

• North car park close to McDonalds zebra crossing

• Level 3 of the multi-storey car park Outdoor Plaza car park opposite the mall bridge

These guidelines are mandatory for all stallholders. Compliance is a condition of your agreement to trade at our events. Our goal is to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional environment for all.

Select day(s) and the stall you require. Full terms and a confirmation will be emailed to you.
