Thanks From Recipiants in Jamaica

Thank You for Supporting the Hurricane Mellisa Jamaica Appeal 

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and supported our appeal for items to send over to Jamaica after Hurricane Melissa.

All donated items were packed safely and included in the barrels sent by The Angel Foundation UKJA, ensuring they reached those who needed them most.

Cambridge High School

Principal Harry Hanson received 3 barrels + 1 crate filled with essential supplies to support students and their families during this challenging time.

Anchovy High School

Principal Stewart received 1 barrel and will also help distribute items from a shared crate to families in need.

Items were received with thanks, appreciation, and gratitude.

Davinia from Hatfield Cultural Connection shared:“It was heartbreaking seeing all the scenes flooding in from Jamaica. I’m glad we were able to help in some way.”

Through collaboration with Angelia Christian, who works directly with the schools in Jamaica, we were able to respond to urgent needs quickly and effectively.
