With your support, we raised £260, which we used to purchase these essential items. Our aim, was to help to protect families and reduce the risk of illness during recovery in Jamaica.

A resident in Welwyn Hatfield has once again stepped forward with a generous donation. Volunteers Carmen and Davinia delivered the items and joined the foundation to help pack the barrels. Jamaica is now facing new health risks. The Ministry of Health and Wellness has reported rising cases of leptospirosis and tetanus. We are launching an urgent Donation Drive to purchase these essential protective items

Volunteers of Jamaican heritage along with those from neighbouring Caribbean islands that reside in Welwyn Hatfield, Hertfordshire and Shepherd's Bush, West London, donate to the Hurricane Melissa Appeal to Jamaica.
